Judging Panel Eligibility Criteria

The Judging Panel of The Llordae Laud Awards is reserved for the most accomplished, respected, and trusted individuals in the creative and entertainment industries. To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Minecraft Theme parks will be abbreviated to MCTP.

1. Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a creative, entertainment, or media-related MCTP field.
  • Documented leadership, innovation, or creative contributions to projects released to the public community.

2. Recognized Achievements

  • At least three significant projects with verifiable credits or roles.
  • Demonstrated recognition within the community (awards, nominations, published works, or equivalent contributions).

3. Peer Verification

  • Two endorsements from existing active/non active MCTP community members or industry professionals.
  • References must attest to applicant's expertise, fairness, and integrity.

4. Portfolio Submission

  • A professional resume/CV and portfolio of work.
  • Public-facing links or documentation to confirm project involvement (press coverage, discords, websites, etc.).

5. Ethics & Integrity

  • Signed Conflict of Interest Disclosure—judges may not vote in categories where they or their association/parks are directly involved.
  • Conservatory members will be required to Sign Confidentiality & Non Disclosure Agreement to ensure integrity of voting and deliberations.
  • Conservatory members must not overly-boast to the public or accept bribes to ensure fairness.

6. Community Contribution

  • Evidence of mentorship, collaboration, or initiatives that uplift and support creators and the MCTP community.

7. Membership Commitment

  • Judges must commit to a minimum 2-year term of service.
  • Upon completion of term, Conservatory members will be removed and may resubmit an application to sustain the integrity of the Conservatory.
